Q: How many people can I have stay in my hotel room?
The VIP travel package is sold for single occupancy (one person) and double occupancy (two people)
Q: I want to stay longer than the package hotel nights, what do I do?
The VIP Travel packages are set up for (1) one concert, one (1) night hotel or (2) concerts, two nights hotel stay options. If you wish to stay in the city
longer, you may contact hotel directly for reservations.
Q: Are room upgrades available?
Room upgrades are not available through this package.
Q: Are the tickets within the packages guaranteed?
The tickets sold with VIP Travel packages are guaranteed.
Q: Will I have a specific seat assignment?
Yes, you are guaranteed a seat within the first 15 rows. Exact seat location will be based on time and date of purchase. Seat location notifications will
be sent via the U2 VIP Travel Package Registration site by March 1 2015.
Q: How and when will I receive my tickets?
Your U2 VIP Travel Concierge will be at a designated check-in area of your hotel to assist you when you arrive on site. Here you will pick up your tickets
and your welcome package for the event. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details,
including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: What if I have bought the package for myself and my child that is under 18?
We will ask that you provide proof that you are the parent or legal guardian at time of Package check-in. The parent or guardian will be required to sign
the liability waiver for their minor. In addition, they will be identified with a wristband as underage for the pre-show reception.
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for more than one night?
A: The VIP Travel packages have two options: one (1) concert and one (1) night of hotel or (2) two consecutive concerts and two (2) nights of hotel stays.
If you wish to stay for two nights – please purchase the two night package or contact the hotel directly for additional reservations.
Q: What identification will I need to pick-up my tickets and VIP Travel Package at the hotel?
You must bring your photo ID, and either the confirmation e-mail receipt or the credit card used to
purchase the Package on-line. Without your picture ID and either the e-mail receipt or credit card used to purchase the Package, you may be denied entry to
the event and no refund will be issued.
Q: What will I need to check into hotel?
All hotels require a valid photo ID at check-in. Room and tax charges have been paid in full for the night or nights you have purchased. However, you will
need to provide a valid credit card upon check-in to pay for any personal incidentals during your stay. These may include mini-bar, laundry and room
Q: Can we check-in early to the hotel?
We unable to offer early check-in to the hotels. Most hotels have bell desks that will check your bags if you arrive early. As it gets closer to the event,
the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact check-in times for the hotel.
Q. What is the legal drinking age for the pre-show receptions?
A. The VIP Travel Packages will include a private pre-show reception with hors d’oeuvres & bar. The legal drinking age will be enforced based on laws
in effect in the Country, State or Province in which the event takes place.
Q: Do the U2 travel packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to attend the concert, please keep in mind that children may need to bring headphones due to the high music volume within the
venue. However, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase the VIP Travel Package and check-in to hotel. If you are purchasing a Package for two, both
you and your guest must be at least 18 years old (unless you are the parent or legal guardian of the guest and participating with the guest). Please be
sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
: Once the purchase has gone through on TicketToday, the VIP Travel packages are non-transferable. You may purchase for a family member by including their
name as the “Will Call” name during the initial purchase process.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the “Terms of Sale” for complete details.
Q: What are the hours of the designated VIP Travel Package check-in area at the hotel, so I know when I can collect my tickets?
A: The VIP Travel Concierge hours at the hotel will be 9am to 6pm each event day. Your U2 Travel Concierge will be there to assist you when you arrive on
site at the hotel. Here you will pick up your tickets and your welcome package for the event. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will
receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: How can I view where my ticket seats are in the concert venue? I want to choose where I sit.
A: Your LEVEL 1 seats are automatically assigned based on your package purchase time. Once you receive the notification of your seat assignment (by March
1, 2015), you can go http://www.u2.com/tour click on “buy tickets”, view the seating map so you can see where your
seats are located.
Q. What is price of ticket that is included?
. The tickets included in the Package are “Price Level 1” tickets for each show. These are the best seats available for
the show. For more details on Price Level 1 seating, please visit http://www.u2.com/tour for the
official event ticketing website where you can explore ticket prices plus tax, delivery and service charges.
Q: Can I select the type of sleeping arrangement in my room?
A: After you purchase your package, you will be required to complete an on-line registration process. During the registration process you will be able to
request your preferred sleeping arrangement depending on availability.
Q: My friends and I are buying double occupancy travel packages. Can we choose to have our rooms next to one another?
After you purchase, you will be required to complete an on-line registration process. During the registration process you will be able to request your
rooms be near each other and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q: Can I add a third person to my room?
A: The VIP travel packages are sold for single occupancy (one person) and double occupancy (two people) per hotel room.
Q: Is wheelchair seating available?
The venue has not confirmed specific locations for wheelchair accessible seating at this time. If you require accessible seating, please indicate the
request with your order. If such seating is not available, you will be notified immediately, and issued a refund.
Q: I will be bringing my own wheelchair. Will the hotel and concert transportation be able to accommodate me?
: After you purchase, you will be required to complete an on-line registration process for the VIP Travel packages. During this registration process you
will be asked to outline your special needs or requests and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Q: Is hotel parking included?
A: Complimentary Hotel parking is not included in this travel package. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with
all of the event details including hotel parking rates and recommendations.
Q: Is backstage access or opportunity to meet the band part of the VIP travel package?
A: No – this is not part of the VIP Travel packages. But, every person that purchases a VIP Travel package will be entered into a drawing for the
opportunity to win a pre show backstage tour for the city event they are attending. This would not include any meet & greet opportunity.
Q: How do I change the name of my guest?
A: Please have the purchaser contact our Guest Services team at U2VIPTravel@rpmc.com or 1-855-384-8850 to request
a name change at least two weeks prior to the event and we will try to accommodate your request.
Q: I have a gluten intolerance, I’m allergic to peanuts and I don’t eat meat. Will there be sufficient food for someone with my dietary restrictions?
A: Yes, we will ensure there will be options to address your dietary needs. Please indicate these needs during the package on-line registration process.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving later than me, how can they check-in at the hotel and get their tickets and VIP package
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets at the U2 Travel check-in. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone arrive at
the hotel all at once.
Q: Can my friend come with me to the VIP reception if he/she does not have a concert ticket?
A: The VIP reception is exclusive to those fans that purchased the VIP Travel Package only. No additional guests are permitted.
